I would like to share a little about this enchanting place that hosted my exhibition.
The Tempietto di San Martino in Chioggia, a 14th-century gem in late Venetian Gothic style, is full of history and charm. Originally a place of worship, it was transformed several times over the centuries, until it became an exhibition space for art shows and cultural events.
Its elegant lines and perfectly balanced volumes, together with the white marble portal, make it an extraordinary example of the Gothic art of its time. Today its walls, which witnessed prayers and sacred rites, welcome works of art, creating a fascinating dialogue between past and present. A place where history and art meet.
